These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PowerHaven Outpost and any purchases you make through it. By accessing powerhaven.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About This Storefront

PowerHaven Outpost ("we", "us", "the store") is an independent, multi-brand specialist retailer of portable power stations, inverters, and solar gear, offering products from Goal Zero, Victron Energy, and Cobra. This storefront operates at powerhaven.shop and is owned and operated by Ridgeline Commerce Group LLC, a Nevada-registered online retail operations company.

Ridgeline Commerce Group LLC is the operating company behind this storefront. PowerHaven Outpost is its consumer-facing brand, while the operating company handles sourcing, fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance. We are an independent retailer — we are not an official Goal Zero, Victron Energy, or Cobra site, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those manufacturers.

2. Use of This Site and Eligibility

You may use powerhaven.shop for lawful personal shopping purposes only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or reselling content without permission, or placing fraudulent orders.

3. Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to update it if it changes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are used for fraud or abuse.

4. Product Information and Catalog

Our catalog includes approximately 905 products across portable power, inverter, and solar categories. Before a model goes live, its listing is cross-checked against the manufacturer's official specification sheet, covering capacity, output ratings, port configuration, and compatibility claims. Listings that cannot be verified line-by-line are not published.

Despite our care, manufacturer specifications may change, and minor display errors can occur. We do not warrant that catalog information is always complete, current, or error-free, and product images are illustrative.

5. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices vary between items and over time because each model carries a different distributor cost, different freight weight and handling profile, and different restock cycle. Clearance items near end-of-life and newly restocked items can also move independently, so an identical model may show different effective prices at different moments.

We operate on a lean direct-to-consumer model, buying through authorized distribution rather than tiered reseller chains, and our purchasing volume, low overhead, and batch buying reduce our cost basis. That is how we can price below typical single-unit reseller pricing — a lower shelf price reflects procurement and operating efficiency, not a change in the product itself.

From time to time we offer promotions such as coupon code OUTPOST12, which gives 12% off eligible items. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules, which are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Promotions are funded from distributor volume discounts and seasonal campaign budgets, never by substituting refurbished, gray-market, or downgraded stock. We may modify or end promotions at any time, and we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Our receipt of your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; an order is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud — and, if we have already charged you for a canceled order, we will refund the charge.

7. Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order will be prepared once payment is confirmed. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $45.00. Standard shipping is $8.00. Delivery timelines and any carrier tracking details are provided with your order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To make a return, contact us at support@powerhaven.shop with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide return instructions. Items should be returned in the condition received. Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Inspecting your delivery: We encourage you to inspect your delivery within the first days of the 30-day return window — verify the serial number on the unit against the packing slip, confirm the seal and accessory kit are complete, take dated photos of any visible damage, and test a full charge cycle before putting the unit into long-term storage.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the terms provided with each product and the manufacturer's support guidance. As an independent retailer, we do not extend or modify manufacturer warranty terms. If a warranty issue arises, we will help you contact the manufacturer's support service and, where appropriate, coordinate the next steps.

11. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Every item sold on powerhaven.shop is a genuine, new, factory-produced unit from the official brand supply chain. We never sell refurbished units as new, never substitute brands, and never alter manufacturer labeling or packaging. All units are sourced exclusively from authorized distribution channels, with full chain-of-custody documentation retained per purchase batch; no marketplace-sourced, gray-market, or unverified liquidation stock is accepted.

Our quality controls include recording serial numbers at inbound inspection for traceability, checking units at packing for intact factory seals, correct accessory kits, and shipping damage, and running batch spot checks to verify battery health reporting matches specification before a batch is released for sale.

If You Believe an Item Is Not Genuine or Has a Quality Concern

Contact support@powerhaven.shop and include:

• Your order number from our confirmation email
• Dated photographs of the product, serial number label, packaging, and any anomaly
• A short written description of the concern, including where it was observed and when
• Photos of the factory seal or its absence, when authenticity is the question

How Your Claim Is Reviewed

• A specialist reviews the submitted evidence against the purchase batch's chain-of-custody records within the stated response window
• If evidence is incomplete, the reviewer requests specific additional items once, with a clear deadline
• The reviewer issues a written finding: confirmed, not confirmed, or further verification needed; confirmed findings move directly to remedy
• You receive the written finding and the chosen remedy in a single summary email

If a customer has credible reason to believe an item is not genuine, we will, after review of the provided evidence, offer a full refund including return shipping and, where appropriate, replace the unit with a verified one from sealed stock at no additional cost. Confirmed quality or authenticity findings are remedied — refund, replacement, or manufacturer support referral — within five business days of the written finding, with return shipping covered by the store.

12. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — including text, images, layout, and branding — is owned by Ridgeline Commerce Group LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Brand names such as Goal Zero, Victron Energy, and Cobra are trademarks of their respective owners, and our use of them identifies the products we sell and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Copy, reproduce, or republish site content without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information in orders or claims

14. Service Availability

We aim to keep powerhaven.shop available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control, and product availability may change without notice.

15. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Product warranty coverage is as described in Section 10.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgeline Commerce Group LLC and PowerHaven Outpost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you a different forum.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site or placement of orders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it on the site.
