The acoustic tube is genuinely hard to notice and the earpiece stays put during long shifts. Audio from my Performa 450 is clear on both transmit and receive. For ten bucks this is a steal.

Clear transmit audio and the Kevlar-reinforced cable feels tough. Wearing it under a collar keeps the mic hidden nicely. Could use another 4 inches of cable for chest-pocket use, but no real complaints.
