Why Is It Not for Lithium Batteries?
Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries hold a nearly flat voltage curve across most of their discharge range, so voltage-based indication cannot accurately reflect state of charge. This eyelet reads battery voltage, which is only meaningful for lead-acid chemistries (flooded, GEL, AGM).
