After the last multi-day outage we finally pulled the trigger on this system. The Home Integration Kit made hooking into our critical circuits straightforward and the electrician had it done in an afternoon. 10.8kWh ran our fridge, freezer, lights, internet, and even the furnace fan for over three days. Silent, no fumes, no Extension cords snaking everywhere. Best money we've spent on the house.

Worth every single penny.

The capacity is exactly as advertised and the Link Module makes the expansion batteries behave like one seamless unit. My only real complaint is the weight and space needed for four Tanks, so plan your location carefully. Once installed it's completely hands-off.

Replaced an aging gas generator with this system and I'll never go back. When the power cut last month everything switched over without a hiccup, the family barely noticed. I monitor everything through the app and solar tops the Tanks back up on sunny days. The deposit process was easy and the delivery crew was professional. It's expensive but so is a spoiled freezer full of food and a week in a hotel.

Hardware is excellent and the integration kit is well engineered. I'd recommend spending an evening with the app and settings before you actually need it though. Once configured, it's been flawless through two outages.
