This bundle weighs almost nothing and has become my everyday carry for hikes and bikepacking. Everything works exactly as advertised. The Crush Light Chroma is the standout — collapsible, dimmable, and fun with the color modes. The Nomad 5 is slow by design (5 watts) but it tops off the Flip 12 over a day in the sun. Phone charging from the Flip 12 gives me roughly 60-70% on my phone, which is enough for emergencies. Would love a slightly bigger battery option in this form factor.

No complaints about quality — Goal Zero gear always feels well made. Just know that a Flip 12 holds about one partial phone charge and the Nomad 5 needs a full day of good sun to refill it. The Chroma lantern is genuinely delightful though, and my daughter uses it as a nightlight. It's a fun kit, just manage expectations on the power math.
