Snapped it into the MPPT port and it instantly showed live voltage, current, and state of charge. Being able to adjust settings without pulling out my phone is a genuine quality-of-life upgrade. Screen is crisp and readable even in direct sun.

The readout is clear and navigation through settings is intuitive. My only issue is the short connecting cable — mounting the display somewhere visible requires planning or an extension. Otherwise a great little accessory.
Gives you the basics — voltage, current, and a few settings — but serious monitoring still requires the app. If that's what you expect, it's fine. Just know it's a readout, not a full monitoring station.
